Applying is easy!
Please be prepared to pay the application fee of $65 per occupant over the age of 18. In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. Our third-party screening software will pull your Vantage Credit Score.
The following are some of the items that could cause your application to be denied:
- Open/Active Bankruptcies, that have not been dismissed and/or discharged
- Balance owed to another property
- Credit score under 600
- Verifiable income level of less than 3 times the monthly rental rate
- Eviction history

Our properties are non-smoking, non-furnished. Check out our pet policy! Pets are conditional based on third-party Pet Screening results and if approved we will require a $300-500/pet one-time non-refundable fee and $40-50/pet/month for pet rent. The fees will depend on the tier results from the third-party pet screening application. Security deposit will be the minimum of one, but not more than two months rent. Once your application is approved your security deposit and a rent is due upfront plus a $5.95 convenience fee. If you move into the property any day other than the first, your second month will be prorated. When applying to our properties, tenant agrees to accept the property in presented conditions as-is. If not viewed prior to accepting tenancy, tenant agrees to accept the conditions as-is.
The $5.95 convenience fee covers ACH charges. If you are paying via a debit card or credit card, you may incur addition system charges.
